I've got a coupon code, but it's not updating my subtotal. What gives, bro?
Our coupon codes will be reflected in the total in the "Review Order" step of the process. Until then, you'll still be showing 100% of the purchase price. Don't worry and don't run away, just stay the course.
I ordered an item several days ago and it’s still not here. When will it get here?
We ship our orders several days a week, but not every day. If you feel you’ve been waiting for a ridiculously long time, email us using the contact form on the contact page and request a shipping update or tracking number. We’ll be happy to provide one and replace your order if necessary.
The item I’m looking for is out-of-stock, when will it be back in stock?
We try to restock items periodically and therefore never allow them to reach “out-of-stock” status. That said, we are humans and even worse, we are bros—so we do make mistakes. If an item is out of a specific size or color you’re looking for, it should be back in-stock within a week or two. If you’d a more precise estimate on a specific item, email Logan at logan@StatusBro.com.
The shirt/tank I received is too small/big, how do I return it?

How do I determine what size I need?
Our tank tops fit much like a normal, heavyweight cotton tee, so when ordering a tank top it’s best to select the same size you normally wear (unless you want that extra-tight painted-on shirt look). Our SHIRTS are 100% preshrunk cotton and are a fashion-fit style that fits slightly tighter than the average heavyweight tee. Therefore, when ordering a SHIRT, select one size larger than you normally wear for a similar fit.
Are there any special care instructions?
Your shirt or tank is built for the bro lifestyle which involves chilling and partying but also an active lifestyle. There are no 100% necessary special care instructions, but you can extend the life of your shirts by washing them inside-out and not ironing them. This is particularly true of shirts or tanks with gold foil which can be rubbed off with constant friction (i.e. ironing, surfing, wearing a life jacket over it). But then again, if you’re ironing your t-shirts before going out you should probably read a different help page.
